Digital Magazines Moved to Libby App

The Hillsboro City Library's digital magazine collection moved from RBdigital to the Libby app on January 28, 2021. You will continue to be able to browse, borrow and enjoy all the same great magazines from ZINIO you loved on the RBdigital app, now available in Libby from OverDrive.

All e-books, e-audiobooks, and graphic novels have also moved to Libby.
